Set in the residential enclave of Umalas, Villa Sass pairs a minimalist plan with a warm, considered material palette — tropical architecture built for both leisure and everyday living.

A compact plan built around a central living space that opens fully to the pool deck. Villa Tropica I blends contemporary form with Indonesian heritage details, letting light and air move freely through the home.

Built into a steep hillside above Are Guling, this boutique resort turns a demanding site into its defining feature, stepping the reception building across three levels to hold onto ocean views at every turn.
